1. Content you may submit
You may submit only images that you created, own, licensed, or are otherwise legally authorized to reproduce in physical print form. If a person appears in the image, you are responsible for ensuring you have any necessary permissions, publicity rights, privacy permissions, or releases.
2. Content we will not print
We may refuse or cancel orders involving content that appears to be infringing, counterfeit, defamatory, abusive, deceptive, exploitative, invasive of privacy, or otherwise unlawful or unsafe.
3. Review and cancellation rights
We reserve the right to review, hold, reject, cancel, or report content that appears to violate rights or law. Rights confirmation at checkout is a contractual representation from the customer and does not limit our ability to refuse fulfillment.
4. Reporting infringement or rights concerns
If you believe an order or image submitted through Print Beam infringes your rights, email support@printbeam.click with:
- your contact information;
- a description of the work or rights allegedly infringed;
- a description of the allegedly infringing material;
- information sufficient for us to identify the affected order or content; and
- a good-faith statement that your complaint is accurate and that you are authorized to act.
5. Repeat or abusive misuse
We may block or refuse future orders associated with repeated infringement allegations, repeated submission of prohibited content, or abuse of the service.
