1. How it works
After your poster is delivered, post a public photo or video showing the physical Print Beam poster. If the post reaches the view thresholds below within 30 days after delivery, email us the public post link and your order reference.
- 2,000 verified public views: eligible for a refund of 50% of the poster item subtotal you paid.
- 20,000 verified public views: eligible for a refund of 100% of the poster item subtotal you paid.
Refunds exclude shipping, taxes, fees, tips, previous discounts, previous refunds, and any amount not actually paid for the poster item subtotal.
2. Eligible posts
The post must be public, original, and show the real delivered poster. You must have the rights to the image, video, caption, audio, and any other content you post.
Eligible platforms can include TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, X/Twitter, Pinterest, blogs, or newsletters when the public view evidence can be reviewed.
3. What is not eligible
We may reject claims involving paid or fake views, engagement manipulation, deleted or private posts, content that violates platform rules, misleading claims about Print Beam, copyrighted or unsafe content, duplicate submissions, or posts that do not clearly show the delivered poster.
One share reward may be claimed per order unless we approve an exception in writing.
4. How to submit
Email support@printbeam.click with your order reference, the public post URL, the platform, and the current public view count. We may ask for screenshots or additional evidence if platform data is hard to verify.
If approved, the reward is issued as a manual refund to the original payment method when possible.
5. Changes and review discretion
The share reward is a promotional program we can change, pause, or end at any time. Claims are reviewed case by case, and approval is not guaranteed.
