1. Scope and controller information

Print Beam is operated by Dexium Labs LLC. This policy applies to the public site, the ChatGPT-connected app experience, customer support interactions, and our order-operations workflow.

You can reach us about privacy or support questions at support@printbeam.click.

2. Information we collect

Depending on how you use the service, we may collect the following categories of information:

  • Artwork and print inputs: images you upload or authorize the app to access, file metadata, preview files, crop selections, selected poster size, and printability analysis results.
  • Checkout and order information: email address, shipping name, shipping address, quantity, price, order totals, currency, Stripe Checkout session metadata, payment status, and fulfillment state.
  • Fulfillment and shipment information: fulfillment partner order IDs, production events, shipment carrier, tracking number, tracking URL, and delivery updates.
  • Support and communication information: messages you send to support, complaint details, refund or damage documentation, and any information you include when asking us to review an order.
  • Technical and security data: server logs, timestamps, IP-address-level request logs maintained by our hosting or infrastructure providers, and authentication cookies used for the private admin area.

We do not receive or store full payment card numbers. Payment credentials are handled by Stripe.

3. How we receive information

We receive information directly from you, from the ChatGPT widget runtime when you intentionally provide or authorize a file, from Stripe when you complete or attempt Checkout, and from Printify when a fulfillment or shipment event occurs.

We do not request the full chat transcript from ChatGPT, and our tools are designed to operate only on the explicit file or order data needed for the current task.

4. How we use information

We use personal data and artwork data to:

  • analyze whether an image is suitable for the selected poster sizes;
  • prepare previews, crop selections, and enhancement workflows;
  • create and manage Stripe Checkout sessions and reconcile payment status;
  • submit and manage orders with Printify and receive shipment updates;
  • review orders for printability, rights issues, fraud prevention, abuse prevention, and customer support;
  • maintain operational logs, protect the service, debug issues, and comply with legal or tax obligations.

6. Service providers and disclosures

We disclose data to service providers only as needed to run the service:

  • Stripe for payment processing, Checkout, receipts, and transaction administration.
  • Printify for print fulfillment, production, shipment updates, and tracking notifications.
  • Railway and hosted infrastructure for application hosting, logs, and database operations.
  • Enhancement providers when an order requires image enhancement before fulfillment.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as part of the current Print Beam service.

7. Retention

We keep information only for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill the order, support the customer, investigate disputes, detect misuse, maintain business records, and satisfy legal or accounting obligations.

Artwork and order records may be retained after fulfillment for support, reprint investigation, or fraud-prevention purposes. When information is no longer needed, we will delete or de-identify it where commercially reasonable and legally permitted.

8. International transfers

Print Beam and its service providers may process information in the United States and other countries where we or our processors operate. Data protection laws in those locations may differ from the laws of your home jurisdiction.

Where applicable law requires it, we will rely on available transfer mechanisms and safeguards for cross-border transfers.

9. Your rights and choices

You may contact us at support@printbeam.click to request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of information we hold about you, subject to applicable law and verification of your identity.

California. If and to the extent the California Consumer Privacy Act applies, California residents may have rights to know, access, correct, delete, and receive a copy of certain personal information, and to opt out of any sale or sharing of personal information. Print Beam does not currently sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We also do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes that would trigger a California “Limit the Use of My Sensitive Personal Information” right beyond what is necessary to provide the service.

Other U.S. states. Residents of certain U.S. states, including Colorado, Connecticut, and Virginia, may have rights to access, correct, delete, obtain portability, or opt out of certain processing where those laws apply. If we deny a request and applicable law grants an appeal right, you may reply to our response and request a further review.

EEA and UK. If applicable, you may have rights to access, correct, erase, restrict, or object to processing, and to data portability. You may also lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

10. Cookies and similar technologies

The public pages are designed to work without non-essential analytics or advertising cookies. If you access the private admin area, we use a necessary authentication cookie to keep that session signed in.

11. Children

Print Beam is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children in connection with purchases. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will review the matter.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect product changes, legal requirements, or operational changes. The “Last updated” date above shows the latest revision date.
