1. The service
Print Beam is a custom physical goods service that helps customers analyze images for printability, configure poster crops and sizes, and purchase made-to-order posters through external checkout on our domain.
The current launch scope is limited and may change over time. Product availability, supported sizes, pricing, fulfillment methods, and shipping regions may be updated without notice.
2. Eligibility and checkout
You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement to place an order. Guest checkout is currently supported; you do not need a customer account to order.
You agree to provide accurate order, contact, and shipping information. We may cancel or hold an order if the information provided is incomplete, inconsistent, or appears fraudulent.
3. Your images and rights confirmations
You retain ownership of your images, but you grant us and our service providers the limited rights needed to host, inspect, enhance, reproduce, and fulfill the physical order you submit.
When you check out, you represent and warrant that you own the image you submit or have all necessary rights, licenses, consents, and permissions to print and reproduce it. This includes copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy, and any other rights implicated by the content.
4. Prohibited content
You may not submit content that is infringing, unlawful, defamatory, hateful, abusive, exploitative, deceptive, or otherwise prohibited. This includes content that violates intellectual property rights, invades privacy, impersonates another person, or breaches platform rules or applicable law.
We may reject, cancel, suspend, or refuse to fulfill any order that appears to violate these standards, and we may report unlawful conduct where appropriate.
5. Analysis, previews, and crop configuration
Any preview, crop view, size assessment, or enhancement indicator is provided to help configure the order. The preview is not a guarantee that every detail of the final physical product will appear exactly as it does on screen.
You are responsible for reviewing the selected size, crop, and visible content before completing checkout.
6. Pricing, payment, and taxes
Prices, shipping charges, and applicable taxes are shown at checkout. Payment is processed by Stripe. Your order is not complete until payment is successfully authorized and captured.
We may correct obvious pricing or product errors before fulfillment. If a pricing or availability issue affects your order, we may contact you, cancel the order, or issue a refund as appropriate.
7. Manual review, enhancement, and fulfillment
Orders may be reviewed before production. We may hold, enhance, reject, or cancel an order if the selected size is not suitable for the source file, if quality concerns remain unresolved, or if the content appears to violate these Terms.
Fulfillment is currently handled through third-party production and shipping partners. Once an order is approved and submitted for production, cancellation may no longer be possible.
8. Shipping, delays, and failed fulfillment
Estimated production and shipping times are not guarantees. If we cannot ship within the time stated at checkout, or within the legally required period when no definite time was stated, we may contact you with a revised estimate, seek your consent to a delay, or cancel and refund the order as required by applicable law.
Shipment notifications and tracking depend on the carrier and fulfillment partner data available to us.
9. Cancellations, refunds, and replacements
Because each poster is custom-produced from your submitted image, refunds are generally unavailable once production has started, except where required by law or when the issue is caused by damage, defect, misprint, or our error.

10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Print Beam is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free analysis, or the availability of every product, route, enhancement path, or fulfillment option at all times.
To the extent permitted by law, Dexium Labs LLC and its suppliers, partners, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to the service, the content you submit, or the resulting order.
11. Responsibility for submitted content
You agree to be responsible for claims arising from the content you submit or your breach of these Terms, including claims that your submitted image infringes copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights.
12. Changes and contact
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we may update the public notice or otherwise communicate the change where appropriate.
